Versa 4 turns off when cycling

Hey,

I recently got a Versa 4 and it's working great, except when I go cycling.

First I tried tracking my bike excercise, but it kept turning off during the workout, so I just added it manually later.

However, now every time I go cycling and just leave the watch as it is (I don't start any activity on it), it still turns off. I turn it back on, check on it a few minutes later and it's off again. This only happens when I'm on the bike.

I tried restarting it, I've even done a factory reset.

Any advice?

Thank you for your response and advice.

The battery doesn't die and when I get back home after cycling, it works normally again.

It is only the time I'm on the bike. And again, I don't start a workout on the watch, I simply just wear it while on the bike.

Are there any other things I could try?
