Versa 4 unable to receive notifications

Morn! My notifications on my Versa 4 stopped working about 2 days ago. I’ve restarted, reconnected, turned off phone/fitbit, made sure app is updated.…what else may I be missing? This is pretty annoying! Lmk if anyone has had the issues recently and can help. Thanks!

Thank you for sharing the details about your Versa 4 that is not receiving notifications.  I appreciate the steps you have tried after contacting us. 

Are notifications enabled on your Versa 4? Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap the quick settings iconMaCrisGBFitbit_0-1765114070116.jpeg. Make sure Do Not Disturb MaCrisGBFitbit_1-1765114070117.png 

 

 

and Sleep MaCrisGBFitbit_2-1765114070117.png modes are turned off.

@KayLee79   These touch screens are very sensitive.  It is really easy to make changes without realizing it.

@MaCrisGBFitbit   Just to clarify, that quick settings icon isn’t on the Versa 4 or the Sense 2.  It is on some older models, though.
