Versa 4 unable to sync

After software update it won’t sync just goes to Fitbit start up screen.

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not syncing. Thank you for the information provided. 

  • Does your Versa 4 screen display the Fitbit logo, or the logo along with any additional messages?
  • Have you tried setting up your Versa 4 again with your account?
  • When you open the Fitbit app, do you see any error messages during syncing?
  • Are your app and your mobile device up to date? 

If you haven't tried pairing your Versa 4, please try these steps:

  1. Open the Fitbit app.
  2. Tap the account icon in the top left corner.
  3. Choose “Add more devices.”
  4. Select the picture of your Versa 4.
  5. A message will appear that says “replace your Versa 4,” tap OK.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
