My screen doesn’t respond when I start or finish exercising. Even stopping it after auto exercise is a struggle. This has only been happening for the last couple of months. Any suggestions please?

Hi there, @Patti535. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that the touchscreen on your Versa 4 is not working properly. I'll do my best to help you with this. 

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
