How do I change weather cities

Hi there, @Gypsy1951. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'll be glad to help you to update the location on the weather app. 

If the weather is still not updating please check the following settings:

  • Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?
  • The Fitbit app must remain running in the background on your phone.

If you change locations, sync your device to see your new location in the Weather app. If you're running into syncing difficulties, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

There does appear to be a problem in setting new cities, in the app I have current location (and it works perfectly, so no issue with permissions). However If I try to add a city in the weather app gallery on my phone (London for example) I get a spinning wheel and no results! Seems like a database issue...

Hi @Digital-Deviant - unfortunately there is a known bug introduced in the new V4 Fitbit App which means you can't make settings [customise] changes. Fitbit don't allow you to install the older V3 version which works..
