Versa 4 v Infit Heart Monitor

I wear a Versa 4 and use a heart monitor synced to my NordicTrack.  Sometimes they differ as much as 30 bpm.  I like to use the SmartAdjust on the NordicTrack to keep my heart rate in the fat burning zone.  Can you tell me which device is more reliable?

Hi @Callie95 does the Nordictrqck use a chest strap? If so, the Nordictrqck is monitoring the electrical signals that power the heart. 

Your Versa is looking at the changes in volume of blood that occur with a heart best.

Thank you. The heart monitor I use with the NordicTrack is an arm band.
I'm sure a chest strap would be more reliable. I appreciate your
