Versa 4 vibrates during workout

I upgraded to the versa 4 a few months ago and every time I decide to track a workout, it vibrates. I have turned off the heart rate zone notification and every workout but it still vibrates. Never had this issue on my versa 3. Anyone else figure it out after turning off the notification and it still happening??
