The update button in the fitbit app doesn't work. Either it's not implemented, or the onclick event is cut off.

Same… I’ve clicked through all the steps successfully until the update button. And nothing works. I’ve done the reset on everything.. everything is charged up, updated.. synced.. but no go!! Would love to find a solution

I have done all the troubleshooting steps provided. I have updated the FitBit application to version 4.52 yesterday 09/15/2025, and it still doesn’t work, the Firmware Update button simply does not apply. I should mention that the application is on IOS and this is not the first time I have updated, I have updated years ago and it worked! Thanks in advance.
