Versa 4 won't charge or sync

My Versa 4 won’t sync with my app nor will it charge. I have tried changing the charging port several times. How can I fix this?

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Versa 4. As a first step to probably fix those, please try restarting your device by pressing it's side button and keeping it pressed until the Fibit logo appears on it's display.
