Versa 4 won't charge properly

When placed on charge the screen keeps showing that charger is reconnecting evey second. I have cleaned the charr port and back on watch and also changed the plug and outlet, but still the same issue. Any suggestions please?

In addition to cleaning the charging port and changing the plug and outlet, please confirm if you've tried all tips and recommendations provided here Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
