I have been very happy with my versa 4, had it about 2 years now. 2 days ago it gave me the head up that battery was low. I connected it to the charger and the next morning it was dead. I have tried multiple outlets and charging cables yet nothing works. Any help would be appreciated.

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Versa 4 by following these steps. Then, try charging it again for at least 2 hours.
If the Versa 4 is still unresponsive and it has not vibrated during the restart process, please follow the tips and recommendations provided in this help article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? Let's try making sure both, your Fitbit device and charge and clean and free of any debris.

I had trouble trying to charge my watch by just plugging it in, in a regular outlet using the adapter. But I ended up trying to only plug the cord into my laptop USB port and my truck's USB port - and they both work great.
So it was a waste of time using my adapter in my regular plug in outlets... Kyle
