Versa 4 won't charge

Not sure whether or not I need to return the device, but I cannot get my fitbit to charge.  Anyone else with a versa 4 have the same issue?

I also am not able to get the device to charge, I have followed all of the trouble shooting information and it will blink a couple of times and then shows a red x

same here. it flashes the logo for a few seconds then shows a red X

Yes I’ve followed the tips and recommendations multiple times. The logo still flashes and then proceeds to show a red X.
