Welcome to the Fitbit community, @SAMJNM01!
Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Versa 4. As there really are many possible reasons why your device isn't charging, I'd suggest to closely follow this article to check:
Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
If none of those will fix your problem, I'd suggest contacting Fitbit as there might be a hardware issue with your device or the charging adapter:

Hi @SAMJNM01 - also see How to check charge cable - Sense 2/Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

My Versa also stopped charging despite using two different charging cables and two different charging outlets, (one computer outlet and one charging plug). I rebooted the watch and all is working fine now. Worth a try..

Just received my Versa 4; this is the third Fitbit I've owned (Surge, Charger 2). I never had to wait for several hours for the watch to get to 100%. I received the watch on Saturday; it was at 50%. It took a few hours to reach 88%; by then I just wanted to be able to finally wear it. Today it was down to 6%, and I had to plug it in, and it stayed plugged in from 11:15ish am until a little after 7pm. I had to keep checking it, and rebooting it in order to see what the percentage was; it would not change unless I held the button for 10 seconds to shut it off and then once it turned back on, I saw how much further it charged. Finally, just after 7pm, it was at 99%. It took all that time. It wasn't the outlets; I tried a few different ones; the watch still took its sweet time charging. With my Charge 2, within one hour, it was fully charged, ready to go. I really hope I do not regret spending over $230 for a watch that will have to be charging overnight once a week in order for me to be able to wear it. Oh, btw, I did go ahead and make adjustments where I could in order to save the battery even more.

Hi everyone. Nice to see you all around.
@Guy_ @Talahthas Thank you for your help and tips.
@Townie71 , Thank you for sharing your experience and what worked for you.
@SAMJNM01 @jeneliza7 , Besides the tips shared by our friends above, please keep in mind to use a USB port on your computer, a UL-certified USB wall charger, or another low-energy device.
If you are using a fast/quick charging wall adapter, this could damage your Fitbits. Try using another wall adapter and restart the Versa 4 before putting it to charge.

Hi @jeneliza7 - your watch clearly has an issue that even a factory reset may not resolve and it shouldn't be necessary and even if it does it may return.
Did you know if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
Rather than messing around with replacements, this is probably the best route as it gives you freedom and if you get any new watch you start a new warranty.
