I am feeling really disappointed writing this as the issue I am having appears to be very common on this forum with the fitbit versa 4.
I previously had a fitbit versa 3 which had no issues. I only replaced it as I damaged it with clay while using my pottery wheel.
I have the fitbit versa 4 just over 18 months and in the last two months I noticed it started to die everyday. I put it down to a bad battery and always put it on charge while I was in the shower.
However it then started to just randomly switch of even at full charge and not turn back on. I did all the trouble shooting. Resetting, used someone elses charger, cleaned the pins and back of the fitbit but nothing worked. I got it on Amazon UK while I was on holiday in Europe and I live in Australia and now it is out of the one year warranty and I got less than 18 months out of this for something that was expensive for me.
Has anyone else got their faulty fitbit issue resolved while it was out of warranty. I am about to move to another brand but would like to see if Fitbit can resolve this for me.

Hi there @TrinaWAT! A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community!
Thank you so much for sharing the situation you're having with your Versa 4 which is not reacting and for all your efforts.
Please check if you can update the Fitbit app.
Have you already checked in the Fitbit app if your Versa 4 has a firmware update pending too? You could try to update it following the steps described in these articles: How do I update my Fitbit device? and Why can't I update my Fitbit device?
If the situation continues afterwards, contact our Fitbit support.
