Versa 4 won't hold a charge

Up until about a few days ago the charge on my versa 4 would last me 4 days (without full on activity).

Recently I've been having issues with it draining mega fast and I've not changed any settings or daily activity. Last night I went to work with 50% and this morning it had dropped to 15%

Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi there, @Perez138. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 4. @Talahthas Thank you so much for your help!

Please note the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, please take into into consideration the conditions that impact your watch's battery.

That being said, I'd recommend to change the clock face to one designed by Fitbit and please confirm if you've followed the tips and recommendations to maximize your watch's battery life described here.

Welcome back to the Fitbit community, @Perez138!

Sad to hear that your Versa isn't working as expected.
To avoid any background process eating up your device's battery I'd suggest shutting it down. To do so please open the Settings app by swiping down from the clock face and tapping the gear icon. Then swipe up to find Shut Down. Tap on that and confirm. After having switched your device off, power it on again.

I'll keep my fingers crossed.
