Versa 4 won’t read HR through tattoos

Worked with support 3 times until I realized that it was the ink on my wrists that created the issue. Apple Watch will read properly thru ink. Are there settings that can be adjusted for Fitbit?

Hi @SSGV - unfortunately you will need to position the watch where there is no ink, or other arm perhaps. The new technology sensors can be sensitive to tattoos in addition to inaccurate results during exercise.

I don’t know option. I’m full sleeved from shoulder to wrist on both arms. I got an elastic band and put it on my ankle and it works perfectly but it’s annoying. Trying to find another solution. Thank you.
