I can't receive notifications from my iPad. Is it normal ? And if it's not, how can I resolve this problem.

That's what I have on the Fitbit app.

I can't choose notification app. It is totally différente from my Pixel cell phone.

@Lemij482 Thanks for getting back to me.

To better assist you, would you mind confirming if you're trying to set up notifications on your Versa 4 from your iPad or Pixel phone? Is your Versa 4 already paired to any of these two devices? Are you trying to receive notifications from two different phones at once? If so, please note that this is not possible.

However, bear in mind that you can use more than one device to sync your Versa 4. However, is very important to turn off the Bluetooth on one device when you want to sync with the other. Why? Well, bear in mind that Fitbit devices can only talk to one device at a time. It can be trusted on many devices, phones, tablets, and so on, but because of the limitations of Bluetooth, it will only be able to talk to one at a time.

The data from the Versa 4 is sent to the Fitbit cloud. After the data has been processed it will be put into your Fitbit account. Now your Fitbit account has access to and will display the data. Opening the app on a second/third device/phone/tablet will have access to the same data and a sync is not needed if a sync recently occurred through a different device.

I have a Versa 4 that works very well with my Pixel cell phone ans my daughter has also a Versa 4.

That's why I can compare the two devices.

We try to connect my daughter' Versa 4 to her iPad. And It doesn't work. Can you see the pictures I sent with the past message. Maybe it Will help you to see what our problem is.
