Versa4 is pairing with my mobile device fine, I'm able to enter the code as well in my phone to start the device setup on phone but after a few seconds it shows something went wrong, try again. Keeps happening, was never successfully setup. Tried switching off the fitbit device, when it was turned on, it showed a big red cross but then again it goes away, the code appears and then on setup, it fails with something went wrong.

As a first approach, I'd recommend making sure that your One Plus is compatible with our Fitbit app. The Fitbit app works on most phones and tablets. To use your Fitbit device, download the app on a device with Android 11 or higher.
