Versa 4 won't show my clock face

I have changed  my emai AND NOW MY VERSA 4 won't  show clock face

Hello @Madmaddison7 in the fitbit app, have you changed to a new email. Or do you change to a Google type login. A Google login, not an email login, will soon be required. I'll assume the app says the switch was successful and on this page you logged in with the updated e-mail. Not the login with Google. 

  • You say the watch is not showing a watch face. I assume you see an error message. 
  • Are you able to see the other screens. 
  • Through the Fitbit app have you tried changing the clock face 
  • Is the watch still syncing with your fitbit account.
