Versa 4/ needs recall

I think it's time to recall the Versa 4, there are so many problems attached to this watch and it's only fair that fitbit recalls and refunds. I will also be contacting the CEO so that he is aware of the problems and the non constructive responses. There was a major problem with versa 3 and they were recalled, recall of versa 4 needs to happen now.

@Lizzy_6651 the Versa 3 has not been recalled. 

The Fitbit Fierce was recalled because a lot of people where showing skin reactions to the charging pins. 

The Fitbit Ionic, 5 years after its release a recall was issued after a few battery failure causing burns. ( this reminds me that I have an Ironic to return)

As for the many issues, you have only mentioned the SpO2. Have you contacted support, or simply relying on answers from the community of Fitbit users? 

  • Have you cleaned, the sensors, I use the eye glass cleaning kits. 
  • Have you installed an SpO2 enabled clock face, or the SpO2 app?
  • Have you tried both (one at a time)?
  • What is the issue. 
  • In the app, do you see the SpO2 under the health metrics?

I have tried all you have suggested, care team have known issues for weeks
as I’m not the only one that has had this issue. This morning I have
uninstalled app restarted watch to see if rectified, if not then my versa 4
is trash.
