I am using the standard clockface for the versa 4. Today it stopped showing my stats. Its just a black screen displaying the time. I have tried switching to a different clockface and then back and have searched through the community forum for a solution but so far can't fix it. Please help

Hi @Anniebeez - did you try a pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons?

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Anniebeez!

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with clock face 'Paths Standard' on you Versa 4.
As you haven't mentioned to already having tried that, please check if restarting your device will get things fixed. To do so please keep it's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll the Fitbit logo on it's display.

I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Hi there, @Anniebeez. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is still not showing your stats. We're here to help you! @Guy_ @Guy_ Thanks for your help and advice!

As per the description of your post, it seems like your Versa 4 is in "Always-on Display", that would explain why it's not showing anything else but the time. This feature will only show you the time on the main screen all the time, unless you press the button of your watch to see other features and stats. If Always-On is enabled, to exit this mode, turn your wrist toward you, press the button, or double-tap the display. For more information, see How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?
