Versa 4 won't show the correct clock format

My exercise app is stuck on a 24 hr clock as well as the weather app. Clock face is 12 hr which I want. Tried everything!!

Hi @Happytrainer - this is a quirk of the new software, exercise time is shown in 24 hr mode (as is Always On default watch display)

Properly sync the watch to reflect all changes otherwise, you may even try

Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.
