Hi @BeccaBoo3884  - you can change the time format in the Fitbit App, click profile photo, App settings to select it with the latest version and sync the watch.

Then swipe the watch face down and turn off all icons.

Click on settings and press the back button.

If it is still a problem try changing clock face.

Note; default Always On clock face is 24hr only.

Hi there, @BeccaBoo3884. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post.

In addition to what @Guy_ has shared with you, please note that if your Versa 4 keeps showing in a wrong clock format, try switching to a clock face that actually shows the 24 hr format. I have set a few clock faces that only show 12 hr format even when I have set my clock to 24 hrs. So, I recommend choosing a different clock face. For more information, see How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
