Versa 4 won't show the correct time and date

My Fitbit versa 4 watch had the wrong time and date and I tried to fix it but now all I get is go to Fitbit app and when I did have the app but doesn't help me with time and date it just asks me to go to Fitbit app what can I do to fix it

Hi there, @VelvetB6166. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is still showing the wrong time and date despite the troubleshooting steps you tried. 

To better assist you, may I know the steps you tried? 

Did you already sync your Versa 4? Please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. Since you've recently recharge it, maybe your Versa 4 just needs to sync to update the time. 

If you've tried the above but to no avail, make sure you're not running into syncing issues. For more information, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Versa 4 is syncing,  I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
