Versa 4 won't show the correct time

My new versa 4 just restarted the day at 5pm marking all my steps as yesterday's data. It has the correct time on both my phone and the watch. Not sure what to do - any advice welcome!!

Hi @ETKitty  - that is odd, well spotted.

 

Try logout of the Fitbit App, swipe the active face off, and on Android clear the storage cache and force stop it.

 

Thenrestart both the phone and watch and login again and sync to see if it sorts itself out.
