My Versa 4 decided to add 2 hours to our central time zone when the time change occurred. Am having trouble resetting it to the correct time zone (central).

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @sazzygc!
Sad to hear that your Versa 4 isn't working as expected.
As a first approach to hopefully get things fixed I'd suggest having a closer look here:
How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
I'll keep my fingers crossed.

It's good to see you participating in the community for the first time @sazzygc.
Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Versa 4.
In addition to that said by @Talahthas, keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with.
If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
