Versa 4 distance not accurate

Since swapping from Versa 3 to Versa 4, the Versa 4 is about 8%-14% inaccurate. The Fitbit app shows ‘unrecognised exercise laps’ with Versa 4 but with Versa 3 it showed ‘distance exercise laps’, I wonder if this is part of the issue. Please help.
