Versa 4 won't show the correct time

Hi! I keep having to sync my watch every other day now, even though the battery may not have run out. Keeps telling the wrong time!

Hi there, @Elmobugs. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post, I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 won't show the correct time. I will do my best to help you with this!

As per the description of your post, it looks to me that your Versa 4 has not properly synced. To make sure your Fitbit device has recently synced, go to your Fitbit app and tap the Today tab, and then tap Devices. Keep in mind that your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with.

If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Versa 4 is syncing, please try changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
