Versa 4 app not tracking hourly activity

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I noticed since yesterday the app isn’t syncing my hourly activity. I’m getting the notifications hourly on my watch that I’ve met my step goals, yet they’re not reflected in the app at all. So far today it says I’ve been inactive all day but I’ve reached my step goal 4 out of 5 hours so far. I’ve reset my watch 3 times. I’ve turned off the Bluetooth and reset my phone. I’ve tried all the trouble shooting and it’s still not working correctly.

Mine does track, yet some days not all of them do so on the app.  Yet all goals met show up on the watch?

Hi @Squeekietoy  @NCQ - when the Fitbit App stops connecting it won't update the values in the Fitbit App. The move reminders and goals are local to the watch.

But the app is connected. It's synced to my phone and the watch. All of the other features in the app work perfectly fine. It's just the hourly activity, it just started acting up yesterday.

@Squeekietoy- if it is syncing in case it is a local issue - first try logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window, in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it, then restart the phone and try again. You may not get the results immediately so may have to do several syncs .

I just noticed this same issue today. I’ve restarted my watch and the app, turned Bluetooth off and on, restarted my phone with no luck. Everything else in the app is syncing just fine except the hourly steps.

Hi @SC072 - if syncing is working otherwise it may be an issue with the current version of the Fitbit App, if you tried the previous suggestions to clear the Fitbit App itself.
