Versa 4 won't show the correct time

It is a pain using Fitbit now a days. a fortnight ago, the time did not sync. Tried all possible ways, even did facotry reset. All of a sudden after some 8 hrs it showed the right time. Understood it was a global issue.

Now suddenly it is not syncing withe application on the phone for the last two days. All efforts reconnet, forget device did not yeild any result. Went for factory reset again, did not connect, did not show up pairing code, feel like throwing the fitbit to dustbin
