Hi, the default timezone for Brisbane in not correct. Other parts of Australia have turned over to daylight savings. Queensland does not have daylight savings.  I have no way of changing it , my watch is 1 hour in advance. Hoping that made sense, thank you

Hi there, @Thebon0881. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is still showing the wrong time. We're here to help you! @Daisy1972 Thank you so much for your input, I'm glad to hear that you were able to solve your issue.

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Versa 4. Also, please make sure that your Fitbit device is syncing, note that the time will be wrong if your Versa 4 hasn't synced recently as your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with, then try changing the time once again.

If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Fitbit device is syncing,  I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.

If you click on your picture then fitbit settings it should come up with date, time and units. It looks like you should be able to change the timezone to Brisbane rather than say Sydney, Melbourne or Hobart. I just looked at the options and Brisbane is listed separately to Hobart where mines set.

Thank you. I tried that,  however the system has the wrong time. Brisbane is set to the same time as Sydney. ATM we are on different times due to daylight savings.
