The 'default' screen is now the sleep score!
I have restarted, reinstalled, updated, resynced, added a different face and it will not show the time.. scrolling through the settings there is no way to bring the time up on the screen.. however my 7:57am alarm still works so it does know what time it is it just won't tell me!
Everything syncs with the app so it is not a syncing issue, the steps/HR/sleep etc are all accurate but the chosen watch face and time will not show.
What has happened to the fitbit devices? I have had nothing but hassle with this one and only had it since Christmas. My husbands is fine.
Can anyone shed any light on this issue?

Hi @Pigpen72 - this is a strange issue which may require a factory reset to resolve.
What actually appears on the screen, can you post a photo?
Try a pull down of the watch face and make sure all icons are off.
If it gets into sleep or do not disturb mode you will need to press the button or double tap the watch to wake the display.

the heartrate is shown on the screen.. nothing else.. if I scroll through the screens it shows steps, sleep, and exercise and a timer.. thats it.
I have to reinstall a clockface to get the time back.. and after a few hours it is back to heartrate.. I have tried a factory reset. I have tried different faces, I have a fitbit one not a 3rd party because I thought that might be a problem.
