If you're having issues with the battery life, please see Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

Regarding the time, please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

It say it full and then in 20 minutes it say 5%

Hi @SunsetRunner - are you pulling down the watch face to see the battery level? Try charging again and checking the level on the watch and not in the app.
