Versa 4 won't sync after the update

  • I hate the new app. Loses data & sometimes doesn't sync. After 8 months battery has to be charged daily.

Hi there, @Wendysleuth. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the issues with your Versa 4. I understand how you must be feeling. I'll be glad to help you with this!

From personal experience, I'd recommend you to sync your Fitbit device twice in a row just right after waking up so your data can be transferred and show up on your Fitbit app. 

However, if your Versa 4 is indeed taking too long to sync or it refuses to sync, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

About the battery, to maximize your Fitbit device's battery life, see the tips in Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

Fitbit fails to recognize activity from yesterday on main view,though it
can be seen when I flip back to yesterday.
