Versa 4 is randomly making calls

I was driving this morning when my Versa 4 started blinking on the brightness icon screen, then phone calls got initiated on my phone coming through my car.  I'd hang up from one call and it called someone else.  Same thing happened a third time so I shut off bluetooth on my phone.

It was as though someone else had control!

Sad to hear what has happened. 
I'd like to point out though that your Versa 4 isn't able to initiate phone calls. Your device only can receive phone calls on your wrist whenever your phone is within Bluetooth reach. For more on that please have a look here:

I'd suggest checking your phone's call list to see what has happend.

Hi there, @eastcoast1103. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 4. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

As @Talahthas has mentioned, there's no way that your Versa 4 could've made those calls as this feature is not available on any Fitbit device. The three times this happened was while you were driving? After you posted, have you experienced the inconvenience again? If so, is this still happening only when you drive? If so, please try taking off your Versa 4 to test if the vibrations are making your phone to start initiating phone calls somehow. 

Meanwhile, please follow the tips and recommendations provided by Talahthas to get more information about how the on-wrist calls work.
