Versa 4 won't sync anymore

My daughter received a kids hand me down Fitbit. I was thrilled until I realized I had to login to my Fitbit app through google instead of through Fitbit. I did it whatever, created a family account and set her up no issues. I went to my account and realized my versa 4 watch didn’t follow me from my Fitbit login to my google login. Already frustrated I started the process. I have now gone through the process of syncing it and restarting both my phone and watch a million times. I have deleted and re downloaded the app a bunch of times too. I’m so bummed out. I reset my watch to factory setting too. I need help. I really don’t have the time to call.

I have run into this issue my self and have found that if I turn WiFi off on my phone I can sync successfully. You may need to wait a minute or two before you can get the sync to work. I hope this helps.
