Just like the problems with Versa 2, Versa 4 continues to show up problems with sync:
1) Notifications sync breaks every day
The service needs to be reset.
2) Sleep and data sync never work on their own. Sync needs to be manual.
3) Alexa never works without syncing first. So if you want it at a point requiring convenience, Alexa is not available at that time.

Hi there, @hvmodi. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 4.
Are you getting the error messages “Notification service is not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker”?
I'd like to recommend some steps that work for users who own a Huawei phone, however, if you do own an Android I'd still suggest you to try them:
Note that you may see a message on your phone related to power consumption and apps scanning in the background. If you follow the steps in this message, the Fitbit app can’t run in the background and certain features may not work properly. Repeat the steps above to enable the Fitbit app to run in the background.
If you manage to sync your Versa 4 successfully, the three issues you mentioned should be solved.
