Versa 4 won't sync to my Pixel 6

Yesterday my Pixel 6 updated to Android 13 - and ever since this happened my Versa 4 won't sync. I tried all different kinds of methods posted in this community and none have worked. The bluetooth will not connect. 

- My bluetooth on my phone is connecting fine to other devices

- I have factory reset the fitbit

- I have cleared the cache from the app

- I have uninstalled & reinstalled the fitbit app

- I have restarted both fitbit and my phone

- I have downloaded the app/synced it to an old phone (iphone) and it works fine.

I would really appreciate it if we could figure out why I can't sync it to my Pixel. This is my new/main phone and I have only had this fitbit for a couple months and now it's basically useless because of it.

Hi @Ash_1992  Versa 3 or Versa 4? you mentioned both. Although it does seem to be an Android issue, so your posts are being moved to that forum area. Some people have reported difficulties syncing after updating to Android 13.

I have a Versa 3. Sorry I made a typo in the one with the 4.

Hi @Alistrina  be sure you have the latest app. There were issues with Android 13, but a recent app update seems to have helped people.
