I keep noticing that the versa 4 calls keeps disconnecting when my phone has no service but the versa itself is still connected. I have the app in the background open. I am always having to forget the calls then go into the app to set it up again and connecting it with the Bluetooth settings and it’s a pain to do that all the time this happens. I have a iPhone 12 and everything is up to date because I found that also would happen if something needed a update. I like answering calls on it because my house doesn’t have a lot of service except in windows and I like to beable to leave phone in window and answer a call when someone calls or if I call I like to transfer it to the watch but when I do that it drops the call and doesn’t work when I call someone and want to transfer the call. Can anyone relate and help me with this i just or this watch?

I have the same problem. The answering call feature worked for the first couple of days and then quit. Opened the app and tried to reconnect but can't. Just keep getting a connection error message. It's annoying. Also my phone lists my versa 4 twice. Once for contact sharing only and again as calls and something else I can't recall right now

I have the exact same problem! I have a iPhone 13 and it’s updated with the latest update.
Did you get your watch fixed?

Since this seems to be an iOS issue, I'm moving this thread to iOS.
Yes on android ocasionly calls get disconnected, but when opening the fitbit app, navigating to notifications, the fitbit app prompts me to fix it. I never have to go to the phones Bluetooth
