Versa 4 won't sync to my Samsung S21

I bought a Versa 4 and every day I have issues syncing (to my Samsung S21).

 

I have to keep turning off my Versa and switching off my Bluetooth and then it syncs but a minute later it doesn't  do it. So frustrating and thinking of returning. 

 

When I go to my Bluetooth screen and tap pair it also tells me that it needs an App installed, even when I have the App. 

 

At this moment I don't know whether it's an issue with the device or App or both!

I know nothing about the Samsung phones, but take a look at this article and see if it helps.

Hi. I have tried all of those and then they work for say 24 hours and the syncing stops again.

Thank you.  Unfortunately when I went  onto the Apps tab it didn't have the System Settings tab.  Not really sure where to go with this
