My versa 4 will not sinc. The time on clock is wrong. It is charged.

Hi @Elliewalker - for the watch to get the correct time from the phone it has to sync, so the 2 issues are related and resolving the syncing should fix the other.
Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on or web page open.
Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.
Be aware if your firmware level isn't 184.52 you may have to restart the watch when you need to sync.
