Versa 4 won't sync

New Versa , and it does not sync following the install process with my Samsung S23.  I have restarted it and factory rest numerous times.  Please assist

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I understand your concern. 

I'd like to share with you that this issue has been reported to our team and they're currently working on bringing a resolution as soon as possible.

In the meantime, please make sure the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version as you've been doing so far.

Any resolution to my issue, I have tried so many times, same issue following install.  It won't sync and therefore np updates.
