Versa 4 won't sync

I tried all the steps to get this Versa 4 to behave… no luck. It will not sync. The Versa is near the iphone; both charged; Blutooth on for FitBit in phone settings; app deleted and reinstalled from the cloud (no other option like a new/empty FitBit app; phone rebooted; Im looking for a way to sign out and sign back in but that shld have been covered by deleting/reinstalling the app, yes? 

What am I missing?!? Besides my FitBit…

Since this issue can have a variety of causes, I'd recommend trying the list of steps described here. You will find that the steps will vary between Android and iOS phones, so make sure you follow the appropriate ones for you.
