hello,

when I use the activity Bike on my versa 4,(model FB523 - activated en sept2023, version 61.20001.194.86)  it runs but there's no GPS....

I've already close down my watch, and ignored the automatic recognition of the activity. But no more GPS.

What can I do?

thanks

@Cat412 When you select the bike workout, swipe up on your screen and you'll see a menu of options. Make sure GPS is toggled on before starting your activity.

Hi there, @Cat412. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not tracking your GPS data when biking. I understand your concern, we're here to help!

As @Heather-S has shared with you, please do the following to make sure you enable GPS when biking:

  1. Open the Exercise app and swipe to find the exercise you want to track.
  2. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open the exercise settings.
  3. In the GPS section, tap the switch icon to turn on GPS.
  4. Swipe down to return to the exercise screen.
