My Versa 4 reports my oxygen level rarely. Most often it says “couldn’t read Sp02”
please help. Thanks

Hi @Batonrougelarry - this may be partially due to a improper syncing, it depends where you look for this information and if the watch is clean and you are getting proper restful sleep and reduced heart rate when wearing at night.
Some values are calculated and can take time to appear, try syncing again a bit later.

Please keep the following in mind to make sure your Fitbit device successfully measures your SpO2 values:
Turning off any clock face permissions can cause the clock face to stop functioning. To check these settings:
Your Fitbit device must be able to consistently track your SpO2 data:
Make sure your device is in contact with your skin.
Your device should be snug but not constricting.
Tattooed skin can impact the accuracy of the red and infrared sensors on your Fitbit device.
