Hi there, I recently bought a Versa 4 and it only tracks my sleep accurately 2 or 3 times a week. I've looked online for solutions but haven't found anything which actually works. My sleep will either not be recorded at all, or I'll have only 2 or 3 hours of sleep recorded despite being asleep for at least 6 or 7 hours. Is there any solution? Anything I can do to fix the problem aside from the generic responses I've seen on other posts?
