Versa 4 won't track my steps

Versa 4 not counting steps properly for last 4 days. It has been synced and even recharged with 32% on battery ,also lost oxygen levels. Any suggestions?  Thanks in advance.

Hi @Kamlei1 - it is possible you have the phone connected to your account.

On the device page in the Fitbit App check you only have the Versa 4 connected to your account.

Then restart the watch, logout of the Fitbit App and restart the phone and sync to make that is  working properly.

I agree with @Guy_, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
