My screen won't shut off; I cannot move to a different screen; there is a red light blinking on the back; and it won't charge. Only one green light on back

Hi @maddypatty  - double tap the screen and pull down the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons, that may help with the display.

For charging there can be various issues, see here for solutions How to check charge cable - Sense 2/Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Hi @MommyX3ND - when you pull watch face down, tap Settings and scroll to the bottom where is Shutdown, tap it and confirm. It should then shutdown, but it may start up again, which mine does.

What you can also do if it is not shutting down is to hold the button for at least 10 seconds and the watch will restart and then you can try Shutdown if you want to turn it off. That might work.
