I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've already assisted you. If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.
Nevertheless, I'd like to share some steps with you in case you haven't tried that yet. With that being said, please make sure you've restarted your Versa 4 as described in this help article How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If the restart doesn't work and you haven't felt a vibration on your watch during this process, confirm that you've tried the following steps:
