I’ve just bought a Versa 4.
Unpacked and plugged it to charge. Nothing comes out on display. The “Quick Start guide” recommended charging for 1-2H but still no display.
Tried rebooting by pressing the right button until logo comes out. It flashes until the red X logo, then fitbit logo then black screen again.
Sometimes the device vibrate, sometimes it doesnt. But still wont light up properly. I’ve not been able to even pair it with my phone. Pls help.

HI @Ribena887 - it is possible that it is faulty, did you try restarting it by holding the button for 10 seconds and wait a few minutes while it does all sorts of things?
You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support, they may take you through a factory reset.
If that fails take it back to where you bought it for a refund and buy a new one.

@Ribena887 Sad to hear that your Versa 4 isn't working as expected. Do you have the chance to try another power source to charge your device?

I’m having this exact same problem with a brand new Versa 4 also.
doesn’t appear to be charging . Can’t get to set up process and although it shows the Fitbit logo it soon goes off to a back screen again
